Plus You Limited is a charitable company working for the people of Thornhill. Our primary aim is to continue local regeneration by helping people to help themselves.
The Hightown Centre is the home of ourselves Plus You Limited, Alikats Pre-School and SoCo Music Project. There are also many community led projects and groups that use the centre to hold meetings.
HighPoint under the ownership/management of PYL and has secured a 10 year lease agreement with Solent NHS Trust, who will occupy the entire middle floor.
This agreement will generate income to cover over 40% of the buildings running costs and has very much helped towards supporting the business model for the building moving forward.
The Phoenix is able to cater or arrange large events. Comfortable surrounding and family friendly.
The Phoenix Bar and Cafe lounge is fully licensed with premium beers, spirits and wines, benefiting with a comfortable surrounding and out door seating area.
Delicious fresh food is served daily and takeaway is also available. Child friendly and is able to cater or arrange large events.
